A pruning workshop and demonstration was held at Virginia Thurston Healing Garden in Harvard. Lorraine Fountain, a local certified arborist from Hartney Greymont Tree Company, showed us the proper way to prune. She talked about safety, tools, and why and when we should prune. We had 17 garden club members attend on a beautiful fall day.
